I would recommend the holiday as the cottage was very clean and this is really important, also the owners were very helpful. Mrs L, Crewe, Cheshire 06 March 2011
The cottage has everything you could need or want to make your stay relaxing and easy. It is a well thoughtout conversion that was ideal for my young family and the dog. The enclosed outside area was great for an afternoon play. A superb location to explore the local attractions. Lon Eifion is a local walk/cycle path that is very convenient and easy to negotiate for anyone with young children. I have no hesitation in recommending this family run cottage. We were made to feel very welcome and we definitely plan on returning when our young boy is a bit older.

Lovely pituresque location. Very well equipped cottage ideally situated as a base to explore the beautiful welsh countryside! Made to feel very welcome and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet get away! Mrs T, SCARBOROUGH, North Yorkshire 17 August 2010
We have stayed in Hoseasons lodges for nearly 30 years and this was our first cottage holiday. The accommodation entirely lived up to (and exceeded) our expectations - this, coupled with numerous beautiful places to visit (most within a half hour drive), left us with wonderful memories of Wales. The cottage is perfect and it was a pleasure to return to it each evening. Every home comfort had been catered for and the owner was very pleasant and friendly. We will have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends. Thank you so much for making this such a memorable stay. Mr D, Spalding, Lincolnshire 07 June 2010
Highly recommended as a well positioned cottage with excellent finishing touches. We have never been in such a well equipped property - more gadgets than at home! The owners were so helpful and looked after us well. Mrs M, CHESTERFIELD, Derbyshire 05 May 2010
Superb accommodation! I don't normally complete surveys of this kind but felt the need to say "many thanks" this time. Mr C, WIRRAL, Merseyside 23 February 2010
What a lovely cosy cottage! The owners are really friendly and made us feel really welcome. This cottage is perfect for those who want to get away from a busy lifestyle and relax, but is also perfect for our 2 dogs as the garden is secure and the owners kindly let us use their field as well. The pebble beach and Tesco's supermarket is only 10 minites drive from the cottage, and within a 2 minute walk of the cottage there is a cycle path that goes to the next village where we walked and explored. The cottage is fully equiped with fantastic views and I would recommend this cottage to anyone and will go back again - 10 out of 10!!!!!!! Mr C, Bristol 03 January 2010
Cottage was lovely and extremely well equipped. The location was ideal as the cottage was not far from many tourist attractions. Dr W, BRADFORD, West Yorkshire 08 August 2009
This modern converted barn is really central for lots of sightseeing and the owners have certainly put a lot of thought into providing everything thats needed inside the cottage – its just full of equipment, especially the kitchen! There is a brilliant pub/restaurant just a short walk away, plus an Indian restaurant/takeaway further up the road. If you take a dog with you the enclosed garden is secure, plus we were lucky enough to be able to use the owners field which lead on from the garden so she had a great time running around and then cooling off in the stream! Both Criccieth and Abersoch have dog-friendly areas on their beaches. Mrs M, Appleton, Cheshire 09 July 2009
A good location with excellent accommodation which was extremely well equipped. Mr E, Wareham, Dorset 13 June 2008
The property and scenery were outstanding and the owners were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wouldmost definately recommend this property and would re book without hesitation !!!!! Miss H, Coventry 30 May 2008
Had a fabulous time - the accommodation was to a very high standard and the thoughtful owners had provided anything we could want and were very helpful. Mr H, Milnthorpe, Cumbria 19 October 2007
The accommodation was recently converted from a barn, and is finished to a very high standard. The owner has clearly gone to a great deal of trouble to think of everything we might possibly need during our stay, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Perfect for us and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone else! Mrs M, Preston, Lancashire 24 August 2007
